Delicious sea GRASS processed into various types of food and beverages. One is that you can make the contents of crab nori rolls.
Seaweed on the market has diverse types. One of the relatively popular is nori. Use of nori that never absent from sushi seaweed sheets make it known to many people.
Quoted from the book 25 Taste of crab and crabs, Lilly works T. Erwin, the following recipes that use nori rolls as complementary material, Tuesday (30/06/2015).
Materials
10 pieces of white bread
200 gr crabmeat ready-made
5 sheets of nori (dried seaweed)
100 gr flour rough panir
1 egg, beaten off
The oil for frying
2 tbsp oil for frying
Crab seasoning
2 tablespoons diced small onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp fine salt
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
How to make
1. Arrange bread each of two. Flatten bread and set aside;
2. Heat the oil in a griddle. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Enter crab meat, pepper, salt, stir-fry until cooked crab, give mayonnaise, stir briefly until blended, lift;
3. Place the bread that has been flattened, cover it with a sheet of nori, give the batter a crab on it, rolls like making rollade;
4. Dip the rolls into the eggs, flour baluri with panir. Do it until the bread;
5. Heat the oil in a skillet. Fry rolls until lightly browned, remove from heat;
6. Serve the fried bread crab nori contents while warm.
